No. Every estimate is free and done in person, in your home. We walk it with you, talk through what you want covered, and give you a price on the spot. Nothing is quoted sight-unseen.
Not every home does — and we'll tell you honestly when yours doesn't. When it makes sense, a first-time deep clean starts at $200 and gets the house to a baseline that regular visits can hold.

AngelMaid cleans homes in Weddington, Matthews, Waxhaw, Indian Trail and Charlotte, North Carolina, and in Rock Hill and Fort Mill, South Carolina. If you are just outside, call and ask — we will tell you honestly.
Yes. AngelMaid uses eco-friendly products on request. They cost a little more to buy, so the rate is slightly higher, and we will tell you exactly how much before we start.
Yes — everything comes with us. All-purpose cleaners matched to every surface, sanitised cloths, a fresh microfibre mop head and a new vacuum filter for every clean. Bleach is used only on toilets and on black mould and mildew, rinsed thoroughly, and not at all if you would rather we did not.
Call us within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with a certain area of your home, we will gladly re-clean that area for free. We are confident enough in the work to guarantee it.
